Oasis in the big city of Rome.
Your hotel is soooo nice. Our stay the first night was a room for three and we had so much room. It's new, clean, stream line. The check in staff was amazing. We were on a group tour for the next 2 nights and had 2 separate rooms..They were just a nice.It was in a quieter part of Rome, so that was nice. There was an IPhone in every room that you could you use for the duration of your stay and it was great to use to navigate the streets of Rome. There were great restaurants near by. The breakfasts were really big and offered something for everyone. My daughter runs every morning and the park near your hotel was close and safe. The only thing that was missing were face clothes, but we found all the hotels in Italy don't have them, I would recommend Smooth Hotel to anyone.

Great hotel
We stayed here for one night and it was an excellent experience. First of all the hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the Termini station which is a major hub in Rome. The hotel is very modern. Our room was also super modern and extremely clean. The breakfast was included and had a lot of options. The staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel with extras!
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Walking close and safe to Rome highlights. Room very clean, comfortable beds. And even had a cell phone we could use that came with the room with data and free calls!! Use awesome to take on the go, touring Rome with the GPS.

Thin walls, but otherwise awesome!
Lovely hotel. A nice treat after three weeks of backpacking and staying in hostels! Room was immaculate, bed was comfy, bathroom was lovely, and the breakfast was great! My only complaint is the thin walls. I could hear everything going on in the next room, and could even make out the dialogue on the TV show they were watching.

What can we say that hasn't already been was fantastic! High tech hotel with a wonderful staff, excellent breakfast.....close proximity to many sites and the furthest away was only 25 minutes at most! Rooms were comfortable, well laid out and CLEAN!!! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone I know traveling to Rome! Being close to the Termini station is a bonus but not if you have luggage to drag across cobblestone roads.....nighttime isn't also a great time to be in that area so spend a few Euro and take a cab to the hotel. Can't believe why it is only rated a 3 star....deserves much more!!!

Great stay!
The facilities were great, the service was so great -- the breakfast was incredible! The eggs were cooked to perfection! I stayed at this hotel for two nights at the last leg of my solo trip where I was staying in hostels along the way. This was my end reward to myself. The location is great in that it is very close to Termini Station; however, that's about all that is good in terms of location. And it's quiet, which I rather appreciated. But it's a bit out of the way to get to anywhere else you may want to visit, so you should be prepared with your walking shoes -- or learn how to take the transit. I'd recommend this hotel for sure.

A wonderful stay.
We were very pleased with our stay at Smooth Hotel Termini. The room was clean and very modern. Having a local phone provided to us was definitely a reason to recommend this hotel to our out of country friends visiting Rome.
