It’s an amazing place, it has everything you can expect and a view on the ocean. The room is large and well furnished. The location is great because not that far from Hilo and to visit the main attractions (hakalaka falls, rainbow falls, volcanoes NP…). The only issue was the noise from the frogs during the night, it seems it was the mating season.

The room was nestled in the rainforest, offering a beautiful environment. A group of friendly cats greeted us at the entrance. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was also a laundry room. At night, we could hear the calls of coqui frogs outside the window, making us feel very close to nature. The location was very close to Akaka State Park, making it easy to visit the waterfalls. We truly wish we could have stayed a few more days.
