The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. Both we understood and we didn’t have any problems. Everything was walkable distance. Restaurants, center in Madrid , grocery store you name it. The place was clean. Smells great in the hallway since the washer for the cleaners is by the hall. This street is very busy. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. My family enjoyed it. We felt safe. Police dept was just outside as well. There is a luggage locker in case you come in early before check in. I highly recommend this place. We would come back again.

Central location 1 minute walk from Gran Via and the Metro.Communication with the hotel beforehand was very clear and easy too. Room was big and had everything we needed. The room was also very quiet as it didn't face the street. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Awful

This is not a hotel/ We didn't get a code to enter, and there is no reception. I had trouble finding anyone working there. This is a hallway with several rooms. Pictures are misleading. No reception, no security, and no safe in the room. We ended up going to another hotel.

Decent place lacking of professional service

Generally the apartment/room was nice a spacious although as I got a room at the back/inside (internal) of the building there was rather no possibility to get any fresh air or decent daylight. I have attempted to contact the “reception” to enquirer if there would be possibility of later checkout (hotels.com messaging, directly by email and on provided number by text) - no reply whatsoever. Additionally, as I had some morning work meetings, wifi wasn’t much help either. After connecting (what was almost impossible as the connection was dropping) got a message that there’s no internet connection. Tried to contact the “reception” on provided number but with not much luck!

Very easy check in- check out with only one code. It was super great to have the storage luggage at our disposition for the rest of the day after the check out. The room is quite small but super clean with air conditioning good tv a fridge...the location is great at the center of everything yet not in a noisy street

The only place I regret staying at in Madrid. This is not a hotel as advertised and the picture does not reflect the actual room. The owner was very rude as well.
