Great apartments now dated and ruined
I’ve been staying here for years, however the apartments are started to date and some are damaged from previous guests who haven’t cared for the property. Reception tried to put me in an Accessible room yet again claiming it was an upgrade. I had a long stay, so that isn’t fair if someone needs an accessible room. The bed in the executive room is only a double, not a queen as claimed. The mattress is firm and uncomfortable. The building itself has great facilities - city views, rooftop infinity pool, gym, BBQs etc. Trams and some cafes are near by

Great apartments and pool.
Visited Melbourne on a F1 weekend so difficult to find accommodation in centres but Flemington great alternative location with tram stop outside and ten minute walk to station. Loved roof top terrace with infinity pool and views over the horse racing track. Only disappointment was lack of breakfast which was cancelled due to lack of staff, although we found a few cafes within 15 minute walk.

A really nice place to stay, the room was large and well appointed, the rooftop terrace and pool may be the best in Melbourne, located on the 19th floor the city views from the pool are incredible. A great hotel in a great part of Melbourne, I have left with excitement of returning. Well done.

The room has everything that you want and expect for the price range BUT staying on level 1 the road noise was deafening and constant, resulting in broken sleep. Not sure if it is not noticeable on other floors but we would not be staying again based on that factor alone. Breakfast at Mama Bear helped soften our disappointment of our stay, food was delicious and great coffee!

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The pool on level 19 was definitely the highlight. Being on Level 1 there was noise from the road which was annoying. The staff at reception were nice and the location is good for public transport options with a tram stop only 5min walk away.

Room was not clean - dirty tissue on floor in bedroom, marks on walls and some benches not wiped over. If you pay for a room you should receive 1 free park - this should not be an extra expense. No free street parking is near the complex. Great View from 19 floor however lifts are very slow as it's such a big complex - stairs are quicker than the lift. Cooked breakfast was great however choice of fruit was cut up oranges or a whole apple. Melbourne Markets are not far away and fresh produce from there would have been great to include.

Property was nice, a new build, not an high quality build. Unfortunately the bathroom fans were not working, nor was the air conditioning. The bedrooms are very small. The pool is lovely and the property is close to trams, 10 min walk to train and restaurants and supermarket.
