Cute middleclass hotel.
Clean rooms, nice pool for hot days. The lady Ann in the reception, who seemed to care for the whole hotel, always helped out with a big smile on her face.

If you’re heading to Chiang Mai do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. 10 minutes from the airport and within a 1 mile or less walk of anything you need. They do an excellent job with laundry for 50 TB per kilo (2.2lbs). Only 5 floors with an excellent elevator.
The AC was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The showers have heaters right there and they work perfectly. The cleaning staff was great. The place, the whole place, was immaculately clean. Immaculately clean! The pool was wonderful. Super clean. They have toast, jams, and coffee machines & tea in the morning. Theres a set of dumbbell weights and a sit-up bench that you can use. There’s 3 very inexpensive and good restaurants just a 2 minute walk away.
The lady running this family owned hotel is named Ann. She’s wonderful! Super helpful. On top of all this the hotel is very affordable.
Anyway, this hotel was wonderful! We will be back. We feel blessed to have stayed there. We stayed 10 nights and absolutely loved every second of it.

This place was great! The staff was friendly and kind. It’s walking distance to old town Chiang Mai. Everything else is a quick Tuktuk ride away. The pool was so nice to have in the hot summer.
