First time I have been to a hilton property and after complaining about a few challenges had absolutely no resolution. I had a running toilet for 3 days and nothing was done to either move my room, fix it, or give me any kind of discount after complaining on two different mornings. Bad enough that it kept us up. The Elevators take forever, and are generally full and you need to wait for another. The Rooftop bar is not accessible from your floor, but they don't tell you that, there is only one elevator out of four that goes up there and it takes forever to wait for it. you need to go back down to the lobby and then get that elevator back to the top, again, you wouldn't know that. And the drinks upstairs are 50% more than the drinks at the lobby bar, even though it's run by the same company. And you can't room charge upstairs, but you can downstairs, again, even though run by same company. Safe did not work, and again, nothing they did to resolve the problem. Said I had to be in the room and wait for engineer. Even though there was nothing in it and it just needed a battery. Housekeeping can come in to clean, maintenance can come in to fix toilet. although they never did, but they can't put a battery in an empty safe unless you are in the room???? Worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in.
