Convenient location but not a hotel.

Location was convenient however our surprise on arrival we were expecting a hotel. This is not a hotel. We essentially rented a room in a shared apartment which seemed lost in the description of the listing when we booked thus not our preference. The staff were very easy to deal with and promptly attended to any issues. Unfortunately the room was looking tired and really worn out in some areas especially the bathroom. Difficult to locate however pictures were supplied to help find your way.

Great Location and value with minor issues

Great Location next to the Central Station. It has very old but yet functional lift. Bathroom doesn't have many spaces to put things in and has unpleasant smell under the sink space. It has a very thin wall and you can hear every little things from next room. Very friendly staff.

It's a small guest house on the second floor of a much larger building. Very convenient location - 100m from Napoli Centrali train station and a metro station. The room I stayed in was fabulous. High ceiling and beautiful floor to ceiling wood doors to the balcony. Newly renovated, quiet and very cozy. Service was excellent. Make sure to arrange arrival time as there is not always someone at reception. Not the easiest place to find. See the picture and description below.
The easily missed sign for the hotel. Enter through the door to the left of the sign board. Take the first left to the end of the corridor. Go up stairway D on the left to the second floor.

Wonderful stay.

Hotel is minutes away from the main train station. Oksana from the hotel sent pics on how to get to the hotel but she was very helpful when i couldnt figure out how to enter the main building. Room is very clean, bright and airy. Lots of eateries nearby altho for halal food, need to walk to the other side of the Garibaldi station. Lift to hotel is those old ones which you need to close the doors manually..amaze its still works well. There's coffee and tea at the reception area you can use. Room no. 9 has some issues with the key but Oksana was there to help. This room is facing the side alley where they collect the rubbish early every morning so if you are a light sleeper, this would be ypur wake up call.

This hotel is a hidden gem! As others have commented, it is different from traditional hotels as it occupies part of a floor of a building rather than the entire building. But that is part of its charm! Oksana was a wonderful hostess and very accomodating. She made our stay very pleasant. The room was beautiful and very large and airy. It was also very quiet and the noise from Piazza didn't bother us at all. There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery at your disposal in the reception area. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice- definitely recommend

It was the perfect spot for a quick overnight trip to Naples! The room was cute, clean, and modern with everything you need and even had a little balcony. It’s in a very busy spot of Naples but felt incredibly safe behind 3 locked doors with 3 different methods to enter. The check-in and out process was seamless and the owners responded very quickly via WhatsApp. All around really good place to stay and would recommend to anyone needing a place for 1-2 people to stay.

Nice property - would go back there in the future

Overall this is a nice property conveniently located near the Naples Central train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only caveat is that it is quite difficult to figure out how to get to the property. Hotels.com should do a better job in providing to the customers that this hotel is located on the second floor of a large building that houses a lot of other businesses and the New Gallery Hotel is pretty much an apartment within the second floor of this building that has been modified to have several rooms inside the apartment.

Steps from train station but hard to find

Once we finally found and got inside, it was great. It is not marked on the outside, once we found the brown wooden door with the smaller door inside, we entered a dim light courtyard. Still could not find the place. We were so lost. Used the "contact property" number in hotels.com app and someone answered. Within a few minutes a nice gentleman meet us and took us to the elevator, down the hall. Thankfully he carried my bag as you have 7 steps up to elevator. A very nice female greated us and showed us to our room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Pretty quiet considering it's a few steps away from the train station. There is not someone at the desk all the time like a regular hotel. Check out was 10:30am, not 11am as on hotel.com site. You just leave your key on the desk next to the paper with your room number. This was just an overnight as we traveled from Northern Italy to Southern Italy, so it was perfectly fine for us. It's location from the train station is what we were looking for, but man is it hard to find!
