This is such a lovely place to stay, a little removed from all the busyness of Rome but with it still very accessible. The rooftop is superlative and gives you such a great overview (literally) of the city. It's a manageable and very scenic walk to the Vatican. There are sensational restaurants and bars nearly. Stefano and team could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

Fantastic stay at Domus Monami celebrating new year with family, likely best terrace view of the fireworks in Rome. House with long family traditions is excellent located in calm area, walking distance to central Trastevere with restaurants and shops.
