Het inchecken ging prima, de dame had ons uitstekend geholpen. Maar we kregen een hele kleine kamer terwijl we een grote kamer hadden geboekt. Nadat we hebben geklaagd kregen we 2 dagen later een iets grotere kamer. Het bed ligt niet
comfortabel, maar voor de rest was het wel schoon. De locatie is iets te ver van het centrum, maar wel veel gezien hierdoor.

Velca was very accommodating and promptly came to let us into the apartment style room within 15 minutes of us calling after arrival. Make sure to communicate your arrival time prior to arriving to avoid this and she will be waiting for you. She was very accommodating for my father who was in a electric scooter. Elevator worked to get him down to the room. Very close to Vatican entrance - - 7 minute walk. Great deal for the price. Not 5* but wasn’t expecting it due to the price. Great place to rest your head after and before a long day walking around Rome! Thank you!

Πρόκειται ουσιαστικά για ένα σπίτι με 4 δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα, χωρίς ρεσεψιόν. Θετικά: Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, το στρώμα άνετο, το παντζούρι έκλεινε καλά και δεν έμπαινε φως το πρωί. Η τοποθεσία καλή, κοντά σε μετρό.
Αρνητικά: Η ηχομόνωση είναι πολύ κακή, το πρωί ακούγαμε τους άλλους ενοίκους να φτιάχνουν καφέ, να πλένουν τα πιάτα τους και μας ξυπνούσαν. Αυτό που μου έκανε τη χειρότερη εντύπωση ήταν ότι μας είχαν την πρώτη ημέρα ένα μικρό σαπουνάκι για τα χέρια, το οποίο τη δεύτερη μέρα το πέταξαν και δεν μας έφεραν άλλο μέχρι να φύγουμε και πλέναμε τα χέρια μας με το σαμπουάν μας! Επίσης, θα έπρεπε να προσέξουν την καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο, υπήρχε σκουριά και μούχλα. Τις πετσέτες τις άλλαξαν την τρίτη ημέρα, ενώ τα σεντόνια καθόλου. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό είχε: 2 κρουασανάκια, 2 κεκάκια, 4 φρυγανιές, 4 ατομικές μαρμελάδες και 4 κάψουλες εσπρέσο. Στο ψυγείο έβρισκες χυμό και γάλα. Τέλος, έχει πολλές σκάλες η πολυκατοικία, αν έχετε πρόβλημα με αυτό.

80 steps to carry luggage is too much exercise
Clean, comfortable and very small. No mention that the suite includes shared kitchen with other rooms in your suite area. We thought we had a 1 bedroom, bath and kitchen for ourselves. Entrance on the side of a 4 story hill. Difficult to find as you need to enter from the bottom floor if you are coming by the Metro or bus. About 80 steps that are very steep and brutal to drag up your luggage to the top. Need some kind of system for luggage transportation. Viale Vaticano entrance by taxi would be the easiest way to get in the suite. Great host that met us, friendly and informative.
