This hotel should have 10 stars. The bed was so comfy I am ordering the same comforter for myself. Super clean, water and snacks in room included, just overall a wonderful experience. Stayed at 3 hotels my time in NY and this was my favorite.

My new go to hotel in NYC

Fabulous staff made this stay! An excellent location for us as we visited family in Brooklyn and went to a Broadway show. Very convenient access to all from Fulton Street Station across the street. Quick walk to waterfront shops and several great cafes close by. Will definitely return. The rooftop bar was beautiful.

A Gem in the Financial District

Our stay at the Artezen exceeded expectations. From the staff that greet you at the door, check in personnel and housekeeping staff - all were friendly, efficient and accommodating. The premises, including our room, were immaculate. Room turnover was quick with fresh linens, towels, sundries replaced early every morning. The hotel was within walking distance from all the attractions we planned to see. Previous reviews on the inconsistencies and occasional non-availability of WiFi services were not an issue during our stay. Access was easy, internet speed was fast and appeared secure. The only drawback was the lack of nearby parking access - we were required to park our vehicle about 3-4 blocks away in a covered, public lot which was fairly expensive compared to other cities we have visited. Although there is no affiliated restaurant or room service - there were several good restaurants in the Financial District within walking distance. Would definitely go back again if the opportunity arises.

The room makes a difference!

I've stayed at the Artezen multiple times and have generally had positive experiences. The location is ideal for me since I work near Wall Street. However, this visit was disappointing. My room on the second floor was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the check-in experience was poor - the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. Ironically, this was the most I've spent on a hotel room in a long time, which made the experience even more frustrating.
