Perfect location with everything in walking distance. A bit difficult to find the hotel and parking. Look for the door with the sign Hotel Fiore. The room was great but the street noise is loud, a fan would be nice. Bedding not great but towels are.

Giovanni was very hospitable and provided very helpful information about places to see and restaurant options. He provided us a map which was very useful. Location was close to all the sites and walkable distance to everything. Please factor in that Hotel is on the first floor and you need to go up a set of stairs which may not work for everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there.

Great and affordable place right where you want to be when you visit Rome. You walk one direction and it is close to Colosseum, other direction close to Fontana di Trevi, third one to the Pantheon.
Great barista place right outside the place another plus.
We took advance of the owners advice for our walks around Rome. We had planned ahead but with his adjustments it became truly perfect.

Great place to stay in Rome!
We had such a lovely trip. Sweet dreams was the perfect location to walk around Rome. Our hotel was clean and cozy and Giovanni was so helpful. He literally mapped out an entire itinerary for us and we pretty much followed it and it was perfect. 100% recommend.
