Great location
Front lobby is tiny, the sliding door is continuously opening and closing because people are in the way. Only 1 elevator to go up or down so there can be a bit of a wait. Room was clean, there is no carpet the showers are good. The area is close to various shops and restaurants.

Classic Eixample Apartment now a Boutique Hotel
My new, favorite ‘go-to’ hotel in Barcelona. It’s a wonderful classic Eixample apartment building that’s been converted to a super boutique hotel just three blocks from Placa Catalunya! The conversion tried to keep all the original flooring, cornices and other architectural details in place adding to the ambience. The outdoor terrace is a gem. The rain shower was a welcomed relief after a full day of experiencing all that Barcelona has to give.
