The hotel was in a perfect location for train station, town, restaurants and transportation to the Gornergrat railway. The view of the Matterhorn was amazing from balcony. The people at the desk were friendly and the breakfast was very good. We do wish we would have brought swimsuits with us as they had a great heated pool.

Relaxing stay
We stay here for 6 nights. We loved it! The room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette and a small dining table for us to cook and eat. The pool and sauna were amazing. It was nice to relax in the pool after a long day of walking and hiking. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about this gem. It was a very nice surprise to find a mint condition and good size salt water pool, spa and sauna. The property is very clean, good breakfast, and all the staff was very helpful, especially with the recent flood and damages that cut off all access to Zermatt. Exceeded my expectations in many aspects. Location is very convenient: 3 minutes walk from the train station and there is a Denner grocery right in front of the hotel. Breakfast selection and qualify are very good. Full spa: what a great way to relax in the massage pool after a whole day of skiing. Bed and shower are nice. In room mini kitchen and refrig is another plus. I would definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel to multiple friends planning to visit Zermatt.

My wife and I stayed in Arca Hotel for 8 nights in January. The hotel is very clean, quiet and conveniently located; 5 min walk from the train station and ski lift. The grocery store is just two minutes walk away. The service is outstanding, very attentive to detail and helpful. They upgraded our room to a suite with a kitchen and a balcony with the view of the Matterhorn. The only thing we didn’t use was the swimming pool. They keep it very warm at 34C, which is too hot for us. The breakfast buffet is simply amazing. You can have more than ten different cheeses each time. It’s a real Swiss cheese extravaganza! We hope to be back soon!
