Considering the 8.4 rating, nice appearance in photos & “no pets” policy, we picked this over 2 others w similar ratings. However, we got in late & went to bed ignoring a little dirt in the lobby, hall & room- but found more problems along the way, feeling grossed out & unhappy as we left. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this property is neglected.
- Mud tracked near & into the elevator, & onto hall carpet was still there next morning.
- Hall carpets looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in a couple weeks, & corners were very neglected.

- Dirty carpet- not vacuumed recently- dirt worse at edges & behind doors.

-When I tried to log into their WiFi, I got a message that this property no longer had the service!
- Last straw: No Coffee at breakfast!! Their machine was BROKEN!! And I had to ask for more utensils as the breakfast bar wasn’t being attended.
I spoke with the manager, who asked if I tried the coffeemaker in my room, as I told him, I don’t use them because they are usually dirty (& certainly wouldn’t have used theirs!!)!

I would have swept the dirt up myself, & bought coffee in the cardboard dispensers at Starbucks for guests!!
