Room was a bit small but that’s common in Europe. It was very clean and all necessities were provided. However, the only view was a small window at the back of the room that looks into the back of another building, the front window was frosted so there were no views at all.

Good 6.0
Nice but noicy .
It is too bad I had the room right above the front entrance .I was woken up at 6:30 in the morning the 3 days of my stay. The clerks at the front desk have no awareness of keeping a low voice as to not disturb the clients in the lower rooms. Only reason I gave it a low rating for comfort is because of the noise coming from the lobby. Very nice hotel.beautiful old palazzo totally renovated.Excellent bed.Very clean. Nice breakfast room.

great service - but a few niggles
Great service and our second stay. However the aircon didn’t work (it was too warm in Feb!) but they did provide a fan after a couple of days. The bed (for me) was hard, and our room on the 6th floor was right by the breakfast room. Which meant we were woken when the staff set up and breakfast guests arrived. Also the safe was faulty However - The people and the service in general was high quality, and the location is great. Be warned at present you cannot enter the Barberini tube - you can only exit it. Meaning if you want to use the Metro from the hotel you need to walk to Spagna

Above expectations
Our experience at Palazzo Caruso was excellent. Our stay started with a free upgrade and the room was fabulous. Upon arrival the concierge provided us with a city map highlighting the attractions as well as provided recommendations for food. As a whole our stay in room and at Palazzo Caruso was absolutely perfect.

Exceptional 10.0
We had excellent stay at Palazzo Carusso. The hotel looks gorgeous and immaculately clean. Very close to the main sites with lots of restaurants and shops around. Very grateful for such an incredible hospitality. Vanessa and her team looked after us so well we didn’t want to leave. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the receptionists- everyone were so helpful and friendly. Definitely the best hotel in Rome. We will definitely be staying here again 100%!!!!

Gem in Piazza Barberini
Amazing place, rooms are beautifully decorated and the personnel is incredibly kind and helpful. We got the Junior Suite, with a great view on Piazza Barberini and on the beautiful Fontana del Tritone. The location is perfect to walk pretty much everywhere in Rome or to catch public transports if needed. Breakfast the Italian way, in a very nice terrace (in good weather), inside otherwise. Would definitely recommend and will go back on my next trip to Rome!

Little gem of a hotel
Great little hotel, right on beautiful Piazza Barberini. The room was spacious, with a huge (real king) bed. The staff were amazing, very kind and very efficient. Everything was in great condition and to my surprise, despite my windows facing the piazza, I could barely hear any street noise. The only (small) downsides were the room being somewhat dimly lit and some hallway noises getting into the room through the door.

A night in Rome!
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it is in a great location and had a nice, welcoming feel to it. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace and taking in the views of Rome. It was the perfect place to stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
