Carpet extremely dirty. Fan for ventilation and heat is very noisy. Bad smell，stingy smell around 4am every day coming from bathroom. Either from the ventilation fan exhaust or from the toilet bowl. Staff at the reception are good and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay.
Room size is very spacious consider how crowded Hong Kong is. You still get plenty of space for your luggages with two single beds. Bathroom / washroom is also roomy but the bathroom door is a bit awkward (you can either close the door of the bathroom or the washroom, but not both). Cleanliness is good, the staff that attended our floor did a very good job in housekeeping. Free breakfast is also very nice, saved at least $100 a day for two people if eating outside and the quality is not bad.

Front desk and cafeteria staff are not friendly. Only the housekeeping ladies and luggage guy are nice and say hi. The breakfast did not have variety of foods on different days and the reception guy is rude, they did not bring out fresh food after 9:30 when they said the breakfast time is end at 10:30, they are discouraging you to have breakfast there. Very bad service.

Did not appreciate the fact that during our last day we were told we could use the room until 2PM and when we arrived from a walk at 1:40PM to get our suitcases to leave, our plastic keys did not open the door and the housekeeper who happened to be around opened the door for us so that we could collect our belongings to check out!!!
