Affordable Price. Very nice and clean room with comfy bed. Convenient location (10-15 minute walk to Colosseum, 5 minute walk to Roma Termini Train Station, 1 minute walk to nearest metro stop). The staff was also very kind and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

Nice clean and convenient
We stayed 4 nights at Magic guest house and it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was really quick and hassle free, where, owner and her wife were very friendly, supportive and welcoming. Even they arranged us an early check-in though we couldn't be there early due to some sudden changes in the travel plan. The lady was very helpful and provided us with a brief explanation and a map of the tourist attractions in the Rome city as well. The location was very convenient and next to the Vittorio Emanuele subway station, where, walking distance to the Roma Termini railway station and most of the tourist attraction. There are many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The room was small yet nice and cosy and super clean with an attached private bathroom and all the necessary amenities. They cleaned the room and replaced towels and other amenities daily. In room air conditioner, heater and hot water worked perfectly. However there was no breakfast or cooking facility. But there were a microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettles and dine-in facility so you can bring some food, make them hot and enjoy while tasting a coffee or a tea always. Tea and coffee were provided free of charge with self service along with some cookies that you can taste any time. The overall stay was really nice and pleasant. It was a great value for money and can be recommended without any hesitation.

Magic Door
It would be good to clarify that there is no traditional hotel sign out front. There is not always someone at the registration desk. Very convenient neighborhood to train, sights in central Rome. Great coffeeshop/bar on the corner.

It was difficult to find the owner as this place need access to three doors and elevator code. There is no one in the front desk The room was ok but the approach roads are very scary

Nice place
Lilly the host was lovely, would do anything for you. Area is a bit questionable but didn’t turn out to be a issue! The guest house was central tho! Don’t like the outside put you off it’ll lovely inside

Nice stay
At first the area was a bit shocking with lots of homeless and dark areas. The guesthouse however is great, clean, modern and small but nicely done bathroom. We requested an iron and it was done, amenities are left on daily basis and room cleaned daily too. Only a contra, the WiFi signal is not so rich. Metro station everywhere and nice places to have breakfast but be careful since service on table is double price than taking the coffee yourself from the bar!

Hotel is difficult to find. Hotel room was very good. The lady Maria who take care was much helpful. WiFi is weak. No breakfast.

Location was ideal with a metro station walking distance to all major stops. Plenty of restaurants and groceries around. The rooms are small but cosy, however, if someone is walking around or talking loud you'll be sharing their footsteps and conversation. A hot drinking corner is their version of breakfast which was disappointing.
