Great little hotel - clean convenient comfortable
Clean and convenient little hotel with good amenities in a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transit. There are also many options for food and basic shopping for necessities. The hotel is very quiet and a really good value.

Decent budget business hotel in Vienna
The hotel is quite nice, with a surrounding area full of amenities and convenient tram access. The condition of the hotel is good, and everything is clean. However, it does cater primarily to business travelers. During our stay, it was somewhat noisy due to a large group of guests nearby, and staff knocked on doors early in the morning multiple times without clear reasons. On a positive note, the 24/7 reception was very helpful for my late flight arrival.

Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are good - a bit dated here and there - the breakfast is great. Beds were comfortable enough. The location is also okay, not in the city centre but very close to public transport (bus and tram).

Pros: Great place to stay, friendly staff as well, transport is just at the door, amenities of all kind (pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries). Cons: Iron wasn’t really old and cheap, I couldn’t iron my clothes properly, this could be improved buying a decent iron, breakfast €15 a bit overpriced, my AC wasn’t the greatest, but after speaking to the receptionist he asked to be cleaned and it had improved a bit, however it was dripping water on the floor from the AC. Overall I’d recommend staying at the Senator Hotel.

Never ever in my life…!
I would never ever stay here again. The rooms are dates, beds uncomfortable, amenities are lacking, AC doesn’t work (min is 25deg C…). Some staff (Darko in particular) is rude, lack empathy and are unwilling to help. Opening the windows doesn’t help - it’s noisy as hell. The cups in the room weren’t even cleaned from the previous guests!

Out of City Center but near tram station
The location is a bit out of the city center, but right next to a tram station which was awesome! We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very quickly. The room was a good size, very comfortable except for the heat. I couldn't get the heat to stop blowing so sleeping was very uncomfortable even with the windows open. Great stay overall.

It's near the tram to go to viena's center. Only need 10 or 15 minutes. The zone is quiet and many restaurants and markets. Solo nos quedamos una noche. A 10 o 15 minutos del centro de viena en tram y luego cambias al metro.
