We enjoyed staying at Charming Roma. Lorenza was very attentive to all our needs. Loved the hot breakfast croissants every morning. This side of Rome seemed to be very quiet with many restaurants to eat at. We fell in love with Sinatra’s not too far from the hotel. Would definitely stay again if we ever get to go back.

Lorenza, the hotel manager, is an exceptionally warm, kind, and attentive host. She is always available to help and somehow manages this charming property of around ten rooms entirely on her own, with remarkable care and dedication. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is just a short walk from the Vatican and conveniently close to a metro station, making it very easy to reach many of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including Termini, the Trevi Fountain, and the Vittorio Emanuele area. We did experience a small issue with the entrance door, which briefly caused us some concern, but Lorenza handled the situation with great care and everything was quickly resolved. Apart from that, our stay was genuinely excellent. What really makes this place special, however, is the sense of hospitality. Lorenza’s kindness and thoughtfulness make you feel genuinely welcome rather than simply accommodated. If I return to Rome, I would stay here again without a moment’s hesitation.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was very easy and contactless. Staff were very responsive to requests. The B&B is very small - only 6 rooms with a patio area. Rooms are cute and clean. Location is excellent - a few blocks away from the Vatican and very close to restaurants and markets. ATM is one block away.

The location (a nice, somewhat quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets and other businesses very nearby, and a nearby Metro stop) was very good. The B&B is very nice, clean, and quiet, and the staff was top-notch. I highly recommend this option.

We loved our stay at Charming Roma! It was a quiet and clean boutique hotel. The breakfast was PERFECT… fruit, yogurt, and juice stocked in our mini fridge each day and a fresh croissant each morning! In fact, our last day, they accidentally forgot to stock our fridge for the next morning (and we were departing early), and the owner and his son took a special trip out of their way to make sure we were taken care of!!!! That was above and beyond anything expected!!! They wanted to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and taken care of in every way! Thank you for making our stay so great!

The property has plenty restaurants nearby, the Metro station was 5-10 min walking, the hostess is very nice and friendly. The room was very clean including the bathroom, breakfast is included and they offer yogurt, water bottles, toast, croissants etc. We stayed 2 nights and the second day they refill everything for breakfast and cleaned the room. We had a great stay in Charming Roma! 😊

When we booked we assumed this was a hotel with a front desk. This is moreso a guest house with very minimal staff. Nobody was there when we tried to check in, so we were locked outside for ~10 mins - frustrating after an exhausting day of travel. At the very least, the staff were very friendly and eventually messaged me over WhatsApp to give the door code to get in. Staff comes by once per day to do cleaning. The private rooms and shared areas were all clean. We only managed to do our proper checkin when we ran into somebody cleaning our room. The amenities were okay. The coffee machine did not work very well, but soap, shampoo, etc. are all provided. The breakfast pastries are from a local bakery and are delivered fresh every morning. These were excellent!
