Many issues but the biggest was communication. I emailed many days before coming but recieved no response reguarding pick up from airport, early baggage drop off and making sure we were set up with 2 twins. I finally called hotels.com to see if i had booking. All my other hotels had sent me instuctions for my arrival. This one didnt.
Day b4 they finally messaged but didnt respond to my email, just asked for checkin time. Never picked up from airport, and no 2 beds as requested( both options at registration)
Owner is not at all inviting or warm. Did give me her whats app after i requested a contact( hoping that might work better than email. Messaged to have extra pillow and to have ac remote, which wasnt in holder.
No response.
After a number of other inconveniences, i messaged that i would be leaving the next morning. She arrived at 10...banging a number of times on our door( we were still sleeping), woke me and asked if we wanted room cleaned. Odviously had not read my message about leaving.
So disappointed that i needed to double pay for my second night.
