    Very nice setting!

Spacious, peaceful, bright, comfortable... everything we wanted and more. We fell in love with the town and the accommodation and the owner is the kind of person who continually goes out of her way to make our stays there (three times and counting) the very best. We will return! Thank you, Karla!

    Winter Dreams

Stayed up there for a weekend of snowmobiling and family- it's a perfect spot for this type of trip. Snowmobile trailer parking was awesome as it's located on the dead end of 6th street there are a bunch a ways to park multiple trucks/trailers. We unloaded easily and had a warm garage/house to enter (-10 degrees outside). Now the icing on the cake is when the upstairs gets finished and we can have more of our team utilize the home.

    Our new annual rental

Our family comes to Meeker every first rifle elk season. This cabin was perfect for our group. The house is in a great location to walk to town. Plenty of room for parking and for everyone to eat together. Well stocked kitchen.

    Perfect retreat

Great location, the barn had everything we could need. Right in town, but you'd never know. The plethora of south facing windows all look out to the river.

    Great location, great owner!

We returned to Meeker, staying in this accommodation for a second time. Everything was just wonderful... the rental home, location, beauty, quaint laid back town, and a very kind and responsive owner. Thanks Karla, for everything. We'll be back!

    More than a barn.

I have been traveling to Colorado for the past 20 years with 3 of my buddies to ride 4-wheelers on the mountain trails. This barn/house was perfect for us, it is easy to find, and it has plenty of room to unload a truck and trailer at the end of the street where the barn is. The property touches the river where you can catch fish and enjoy the outdoors. The big garage was perfect for our 4, 4-wheelers it was nice to keep them inside to keep the morning frost off of them. We had plenty of room inside the living area, the kitchen is nice and big, with a big deck outside the kitchen and living area. The upstairs was not completely finished yet but there were 3 nice usable beds up there. We used the gas grill on the deck several times it works well. This is a nice clean place in a nice clean town. Everything was great, we will stay here again.
