It is a very clean, comfortable, basic hotel. The location is great, only a short walk from Palermo Centrale station and very close to Via Vittorio Emanuele and Vuciria. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Our stay was short, but very comfortable, the air conditioning saved us from an amazingly hot summer.

Really enjoyed my stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It felt like an oasis off the main street with a very nice breakfast and coffee made to order. Theres a cafe, Borsa, next to the hotel which is great for a snack, especially the pistachio croissants that were amazing.

The hotel room was Beautiful, clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked great, which made a huge difference during 105 degree heatwave. All the staff was amazing, especially Valentina. She went above and beyond to help us book an excursion as well as bus and boat transportation, making our trip so much more enjoyable. Her kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable.

Great Hotel

Great small hotel conveniently situated on the edge of the old town. Plenty of restaurants near by and the main sites are an easy stroll through the pedestrian area. Only a short walk to the train station for buses and trains to the airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, particularly if you like Italian cakes.

Very nice hotel, if you are from USA, it a higher level property then the usual Best Western in USA. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking situation is a little odd and we created some confusion but the hotel front desk helped us straighten it out.
