Dejlig altan - især hvis man kan lide indisk mad. Restauranten i stueetagen sendte dufte ind i lejligheden, og indisk mad kan være dejligt, men det er ikke duften af Portugal.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, in einem Studentenviertel mit vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider befand sich aber auch eine Großbaustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Balkon und der Wohnung aus hatte man einen unverstellten Blick darauf ( diverse andere Baustellen, insgesamt 10 Baukräne), und durch den konstanten Lärm hat sich die Nutzung des beworbenen "secret balcony" erübrigt. Dieser Lärm war auch IN der Wohnung noch gut zu hören, und zwar jeden Tag ab 7:30 Uhr. Darauf hätte im Vorfeld hingewiesen werden müssen. Leider hat man auch an anderen Aspekten deutlich gemerkt, dass es hier um Gewinnoptimierung bei minimalem Einsatz geht. Der Zustand des Apartments ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig, und die Ausstattung war dürftig und von geringer Qualität. Z.B. hatte der Duschkopf Risse, so dass bei Duschen das Wasser am Griff in alle Richtungen heraus spritzte. Den hätte man schon vor längerer Zeit durch einen neuen für 10 € ersetzen können. An mehreren Stellen von Wand/Möbeln war Farbe abgesplittert und nicht renoviert worden. Der Toaster in der Küche ist unbrauchbar da er das Brot selbst auf niedriger Stufe verkohlt. Die Schiebetür zum Schlafbereich ließ sich nur halb schließen, somit war es nicht möglich, einen Rückzugsbereich zu schaffen. Ich würde keine Unterkunft mehr vom Anbieter "Liiiving" buchen.
