First things first, when we first checked in, we were warmly greeted by Lavros who was very personable, he even prepared a cool lemonade drink. First impressions, right in Athens city centre, close to everything, however, its located in a side street not main thoroughfare. The 4th floor restaurant had an outstanding view of Acropolis.The hotel had a certain personality, a modern, cool vibe. Its not a big hotel but accommodations are ample. Our room was on the 3rd floor, good space, clean area. Breakfast was great and if you happen to miss breakfast, they can arrange a take out bag if you let them know beforehand that you have an early event. I'd like to make special mention of three other staff members that made our stay memorable, Ioanna, Angela and Dmitry. They were very pleasant, helpful and their smiling faces brighten your day in the morning. Not to mention they are very professional. I loved my stay there. I would highly recommend.

Neat little hotel friendly enough. I felt the choice of vegan food was extremely disappointing and limited. I had advised I was vegan ahead of coming to stay so this in itself was frustrating. I can appreciate not everyone wants plant based but this is 2024 and a modern city !

Our stay at The Artist Hotel was great. The hotel is close to the city center and is in a convenient location to everything. The hotel was clean with a contemporary design. Most importantly the hotel staff were hospitable and helpful. Special thanks to Joanna, Lavros and Ahmed and the rest of the staff whose name we did not get but were equally helpful. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you happen to stay in Athens!

Stayed here last July and I liked it so I decided to stay again this July. Great location convenient to the metro, staff was friendly and helpful. Only a few complaints the knobs to the shower would fall off, the bed was the worst I ever slept on at a hotel, they just pushed two beds together to make a queen couldn’t sleep in the center because it was a big hump. Asked front desk for a wake up which they never called.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is situated near the Monastiraki area of Athens. Metro stop is just a few minutes away and all the tourist sites are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is made to order and is really good. There is something for everyone's taste. We particularly enjoyed the basket of baked goods offered every morning. Delicious! The staff was very friendly.
