2/10 Poor

Do not stay here!! I would give 0 stars if I could

The pictures they have advertised on here look nothing like it does in person. It is not worth the price that they charge per night. We showed up to our reservation, saw the room and left. They did not offer refunds so we just cut our losses and left because it was so gross and rundown. First, the room felt really dirty, not to mention unsafe, the doors require actual keys which itself feels unsafe. There are no other locks or door stoppers on the inside of the door. Furthermore, the balconies connect, so the next room to you could have access to your balcony door which doesn’t feel safe. The room smelt very dirty, almost like mildew. The carpet is incredibly dirty, there were spiderwebs in the bathroom with spiders on them. The room was very HOT. They did not have an ac despite being in the advertisement. There wasn’t even a thermostat in the room. Seriously you are better off paying the extra 50-100 bucks to stay elsewhere!

It was a great stay, quiet and clean. The hotel had a unique antique vibe to it which was fun. Close to the falls and outlet mall, would stay here again.

Maybe not

Not legal wheel chair accessible ramps. Carpets in the rooms were not good for allergies. The pool was freezing. The breakfast was mediocre.

This place is in severe need of renovations. And safety upgrades! There was numerous run ins with overly drunk patrons, noisy boisterous men, and one man even exposed himself to us. Brutal.

8/10 Very good

Clean, inexpensive, budget friendly.

We stayed over the weekend in the room with the hot tub in the room. Upon entering although it's completely not smoking throughout the complex I could smell lingering cigarettes smoke probably from years of buildup over time. The room was nice the beds were made everything was comfortable pillows were soft no complaints there. Did Jacuzzi in the room worked as advertised filled it up with hot water turned on the Jets It was nice. The hot tub and pool in the hotel during our stay did not seem to be in commission the water level in the pool was half full and there was no water in the hot tub in the pool area We didn't use them unfortunately. Breakfast is kind of lacking there it's included but very limited selection. Everything seemed clean bathrooms were nice kind of old school shower is small but everything was clean. This hotel is on the cheaper side of places to stay in Niagara falls for the price we paid I'm fine with it. Doesn't blow me out of the water with how nice it is but I have definitely stayed in worse.

It's a nice place to stay. Location is great but It's not the cleanest, their parking lot was very icey as we stayed there during the winter and the pool was so cold we couldn't use it. Breakfast was great! I loved their TV as well.

Looks like it has some potential, needs new paint and a general updating. Breakfast was disappointing, but not from lack of effort.

Very dated. Room were repaired hastily and not well. Damage to wall, door, rugs and bathroom. Toilet was fixed and re-installed crooked. Minimal towels available.Breakfast was minimal. A tip jar was in the food service area but minimal service was required. Most other hotels let guests do it them selves. Pool was still out of service although, the sign said it would be available while we stayed there. They also show a pool table available but wanted 25.00 non refundable to get the balls to use it. Beds were confortable and room was clean.
