1st and last time!
It was below average. The phone in the room did not work. We reported it and for 6 days it was not working. Tv had no options for english language speaking channels. The hot water did not work when we went to take a shower. Pushing numbers on the safe showed different numbers from what we selected. Mini fridge was not refilled daily. Could not get a bell hop to room to bring luggage down for check out. The food was average at best and not enough variety. Same thing served daily. The beach was nice and the pool. Things in the stores on the property were heavily over priced.

We loved everything about the resort. The only complaints we have is we were on the third floor and the elevator in our building was not working. My wife has a hard time with stairs so we struggled with that a bit. Also the driver from coco tours on our drive back to the airport was not familiar with the area and got us lost a few times and we kinda had an uneasy feeling about that.

We stayed for 5 nights in 2 rooms. Overall we had good experience. Rooms could have been more cleaner, one of our room was smelling bad when we checked in. And we thought they didn't have much food options in buffet. I thought more chicken items could have been better. Like others said you get when you paid for.

You get what you pay for. Most of the big resorts on the island go for double or triple the price. With that being said, if you are looking for a cheap alternative to the bigger resort on the island then this is it. You got pool bars, sports bars and live shows. Overall you can't go wrong if you want the resort experience and are on a budget.
