I Booked at imperial suites months before I arrived and taxi dropped me off in front with my son and large luggage . Manager said she had no room for me . I followed her 3 blocks down with luggage in heat yo a sister hotel. That room worked out fine. Ac was great and in perfect location for food and tourism. Make sure you call before you show up it was stressful for me .

La comunicación con los anfitriones no fue buena. la aplicación de Expedia no respondía y no podíamos comunicarnos a través de Expedia (lo cual no es culpa del alojamiento). Pero intentamos ponernos en contacto con ellos a través del teléfono que tienen hasta en 10 ocasiones y no respondieron nunca. Nos tuvimos que comunicar con el personal de limpieza a través de cartas. No supimos en ningún momento cual era el supuesto sitio de desayuno (que estaba incluido en el precio que pagamos) y tuvimos que desayunar en otros sitios teniendo que tener un pago extra con el que no contábamos. Por lo demás, bien. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado del Foro Romano. Bares cerca y el Coliseo a 8 minutos. La limpieza fue buena también.

Struttura veramente ben curata e pulita. Proprietaria disponibile e cortesissima. La posizione è centralissima proprio a metà di via dei Fori Imperiali a 5 minuti a piedi sia dal Colosseo, che da piazza Venezia e via del Corso.

Hotellet och rummet var oerhört smutsiga. Jag bokade hotellet baserat på den rating den fått. Det är helt fel rating. Jag rekommenderar verkligen INTE detta hotell. Det enda plus som kan finnas är läget, det ligger väldigt centralt.

Eles não explicam que você deve fazer o check in em um prédio para ir para outro local descansar, seu quarto vai ser em outro prédio, além disso, o endereço deles no google maps está desatualizado, imagina andando com 4 malas numa rua de paralelepípedos e quando vc chega no local não é o endereço correto
