Clean and modern hotel room. Worked out really well for my two week stay as had a bit more space than a standard room. Staff very helpful, had to get kaycards reprogrammed a few times and we're always happy to help. Comfy bed

Loved the beds, the location, the staff. The food was meh and the air conditioning required a personal unit that was loud at night, but it was cold and appreciated during the hot summer. The staff is unparalleled.

8/10 Very good

Nice located hotel. Staff were lovely, and communal areas are well decorated and maintained. Room was a little tired, rug was stained. We visited at a very warm time of year so an air conditioning unit had been put in our room but it was extremely noisy and meant sleep was disrupted.

Daphne in the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice. However I missed schampoo, conditioner and body cream in the hotel room. I think it should be a part of a boutique hotel of 4 stars.

6/10 Good

My mother had a luxury room with kitchenette. We chose the Fletcher specifically for this feature, so she could make tea and have breakfast yogurt. The kitchenette electricity is controlled by a light switch next to the door. There are built in lights that are turned on by the same switch, meaning if the electricity for the fridge is on overnight, so are the lights. The televisions are not smart tvs; no netflix. I bought flowers for my mother and requested a vase. I was given a plastic washbucket. When the room was serviced, the bed was made, but the floor was not swept or vacuumed. The floor was sticky during her stay. The bed was advertised as a king. It is two twins pushed together with no topper. The air-conditioning was strong and the room remained cool despite warm days. The location was very convenient.

The room was clean and very spacious, the bed was comfy, staff was very helpful and kind, food at the restaurant was good too. It is closed to the tram and metro so that’s a plus too and the area was nice and quiet.

8/10 Very good

Stayed for 2 nights. Generally speaking, it was a very nice and clean hotel, although perhaps a bit too stiff. The breakfast was disappointing and the placement ok. However, it had everything we needed and goos interior design

Really interesting building, really carefully modernised. Lovely reception, bar and dining area. Rooms are well appointed and the staff are really friendly.

8/10 Very good

The room was very spacious and tidy. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Some small flaws were there, like a broken curtain and some worn-out fabrics on the furniture as well, but this did not affect the stay in any negative way.

The room was perfect! Very spacious, clean and housekeeping came daily. Shower only had body wash, but there is a store next door and you can easily get toiletries there!

Great hotel, loved the penthouse with a brilliant view from the balcony. Not as central as some others but tram/metro stop just round the corner so easy to get around.
