"We really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. The wet sauna has mint in the steam, which is quite special and pleasant. The swimming pool is of good size.
The downside is that in the shower in the room, only an all-in-one soap was provided. I find it a very cheap solution to combine shampoo and shower gel."

"Wonderful stay, one of the best locations in town. I used to live in Sopot and wanted to be close to the beach and the main plaza but without the crowds and noise. This location was perfect, secured and quiet. The hotel building is very quiet itself, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious and with plenty of choices. Good service. Also, plenty of parking available for a small fee which is a great plus for this part of town. "

The check in was easy and quick. I appreciated key codes instead of carrying a card. The shower was nice. Everything seemed pretty new and taken care of. They have a good late check out policy that was appreciated.

We liked this hotel, rooms were comfortable and a good size although room cleaning and breakfast arrangements were a little haphazard. Maybe take breakfast orders at the table rather than having to track down a member of staff every morning.
With regards to cleaning our room, it was unclear if we should just be getting towels changed or could have a clean every day. "

"Situated close to old town, river, good choice of places to eat and drink and supermarkets on every corner just about! . We had an apartment on floor 6, it was lovely and spacious, good size balcony, view out over river and otherside of town. Very quiet first couple nights. Not sure if there are permanent residents in the block....
Fridge wouldn't open and was fixed straightaway.
Only thing missing in kitchen was a teatowel as didn't need to use dishwasher as only used glasses, cups as ate out....
