Amazing service
We parked our car at 3 am, took the Comfort Inn Shuttle to the airport and returned a week later at midnight. At both ends of our trip we had excellent service by young women who did it all: answered the phone, scheduled stays, gave service, then drove to the airport and back, only to continue this all night before making breakfast in the morning. Amazing!!

The hotel is outdated. The jacuzzi wasn’t warm, nor the beds comfortable. Vents were dirty and tub had rust around rim. The toilet needed to hold down to flush properly.

Second and LAST stay.
There were a few things that were not pleasant about our trip. First off, we booked a double queen suite thinking we would have two rooms like usual and ended up with a "suite" that was small room with a fold out couch. Next, the beds, despite having some cheap topper on them, were uncomfortable. We had three adults and we all had complaints about the beds, accompanied by aches and pains. We made several trips to the pool and had to go ask the desk for towels every time. Breakfast stopping at 9 is just too early. We don't like to set alarms to get up while on vacation, even 930 would have sufficed.

We arrived at 10 pm and had to get shuttle at 5 AM to airport. Woman who greeted us at 10 was super welcoming and gentleman who greeted us and took us to airport at 5 AM couldn’t have been kinder. Wonderful staff!

This hotel was convenient, being so close to the airport. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. A good value for the$. What I was disappointed about was that an ev charger was listed as a amenity. When I got to the chargers, it said 30$! Also, no "ev only" parking signs, so an non ev was taking the parking spot!
