They had a wheelchair for my father-in-law, which was great. We had to move rooms 3 times though! First time for an insane barking dog, second time because they put us in a small room that didn’t match the first, and then to the third. The issue was very confusing and annoying. They really shouldn’t let dogs in the hotel. And the hotel staff should be trained on how to handle these issues promptly. In the end it worked out.

Over priced “extras”
We came to town to go to an oyster roast at the gray restaurant on MLK Boulevard. We had a wonderful time at the oyster roast. I believe an upscale hotel such as this people shouldn’t have to pay so much for like $30 for a breakfast a buffet breakfast, $50 for overnight parking. The lobby coffee was only served for one hour from 8 o’clock to 9:00 AM l! such a beautiful hotel, upscale - why are you charging your customers so much for things that should be at a low cost or really for free?
