Airport shuttle was a little delayed even at 6am but staff was very helpful communicating how close. It was stormy. Also the night bartender was AMAZING! He had tons of people due to flight delays and only one working but he was on top of his game ! Excellent service. Check in was so fast as well ! Really appreciate all that due to the many many delays that night

Everyone, from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk staff, was incredibly friendly.
Their service alone made up for any inconveniences.

Hotel looked old and run down.I expected a better looking hotel for what I paid for a night. The mattress was cheap and very uncomfortable. The pillows were very comfortable but we never got the extra pillows I asked for online.

Quick easy close to the airport
It was a very good stay. Great staff great customer service. I only give it low marks because it needs to be updated at the property. Nothing dirty, just a bit dated. It happens at all hotels. Time for renovation.
