Great hotel!
This hotel was great. It was completely on point being on the UT campus. The student IDs and key cards were great. I now want to stay at all the Graduate hotels! Fun!

Nice decor & comfy bed
The Peyton Manning themed hotel was perfectly decorated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The heater/AC was loud when it ran and there was no fan in the bathroom. Saloon 16 near the hotel lobby was convenient but frigid cold. Staff was friendly.
I am not a huge fan of being essentially required to pay for the $40 valet service and then tipping on top of the cost. All in all a nice stay. The theme of the hotel is definitely a must see for Volunteer fans.

Nice but breakfast not included
Stayed for a night to check out UTK. Hotel has perfect location. Pricey but well kept. A little dated but we love the TN & Vols touches! Would have given 5 stars if breakfast is included, especially with the hefty nightly price tag.

Go vols
I came to stay the day after a big game, so maybe that is why, but a good portion of the fabrics (bed frame and chairs) were stained and gross. There was no shower curtain liner and minimal towels.
The location is great and the theme decor is great, but cleanliness suffered on this stay.

At 12:30am we were abruptly awaken by the fire alarm in our room. A few minutes of chaos ensued as my husband stood with a pillow over the alarm so I could hear to make a phone call to the front desk. These alarms are shockingly loud with strobing lights. Not a great first night experience. We weren't sure what was happening. There was no fire in the hotel, it was only a malfunctioning alarm in our room. The cleaning service came in that next day to make up our bed and didn't refill the coffee station for the next morning. For $1,500 a night ($3.000 total) you'd think basic services would be provided. It was a football game weekend so we paid that price for the convenience of the location and had certain expectations for the weekend. We like The Graduate, however the experience this time was disappointing. Go Vols!

We were very excited to be staying at this hotel but it was not up to the standard that people made it out to be. We ate at the Saloon 16 bar, the service was awful, the chef left halfway thru our dinner service! My meal came out an hour after everyone’s else.
The bedroom lock did not work, which made my mother in law not feel safe! The bathroom latch broke!
The valet was rude and difficult.
For the price of 2 rooms for 3 nights was very expensive and not worth it!
We will happily return to the hotels in Market Square.

If you need a close walking distance to the college to visit you child, this is the best place to stay!! Great places to eat all around and plenty to walk and see.
