Not good

I got there and told me that my reservation was cancel bc I book it at 9pm and that I need it to call them why ? Went you see I booked it at 9pm I was traveling from la got there at 9 am to get my key so I can sleep and shower for 2 hours I was going to pay 156 for 2 hours no problem but you rather cancel my reservation instead I want my miney back I need a refund is being submitted already I’m just waiting to hear from hotels.com you should guys communicate with the properties and let them know went is a late check in not me calling the property.thank you .
