Convenient for airport
The staff was amazing everyone was so nice! My only knock on the hotel is it needs reno and because it is an airport hotel there were some inconsiderate and loud guests who hadnt a care in the world of other guests' needs for a good nights sleep. The hotel shuttle service is amazing i recommend this hotel for a park and fly or a short business stay.

Sheraton Sucks
I expected so much more from this place especially since it’s a Sheraton hotel. I had a deposit taken from me which tied up my money for a few days for a room that was worse than a motel. We checked in and the room looked like a hotel you could rent by the hour. The carpet from the bedroom leading to the bathroom was soak and wet. I had to go downstairs because the room phone didn’t work to be changed to a room that had missing light fixtures and wires hanging out. I was also charged an asinine fee for parking and the parking lot had the it holes and was just as run down as the hotel. This hotel stay was the first night of a great trip planned for my mother but it started it off terribly. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful, and didn’t care that I was a first responder. They didn’t offer an upgrade or a discount or a free breakfast or anything for all of my inconveniences. Won’t ever stay here again and definitely do not recommend it for anyone.

Long delay in getting to my room
Had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for shuttle bus. Got to the hitel at 11.30pm ti find a line of 30 plus people waiting to check in with 2 people serving at the checkin station. Checkin took around 30 minutes for me to be served. Overall I was very tired and just wanted to sleep and lost 2 hours in just getting a room. Room was vlean and comfortable.

What shuttle service?
Hotel offered a shuttle service from the airport. We waited for 1.5 hours only to see the same shuttle being full driving past us. Had to take a taxi to get a 7 min ride to the hotel only to get told by hotel staff that they only have 2 shuttles & that we should have taken one to an adjacent hotel and walk over. The room was clean but the mattress was one of the worst we have ever slept on. Would not recommend staying here.
