Old and run down but big rooms
Nice big room. Sofa bed you couldn’t sleep on because the mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs. There was mold in the shower. The pool that was advertised was not working.

Wouldn't come back.
Shower had so many handicap bars it looked like it should have been in a battleship not a hotel. Poor lightning over the vanity, in theor attempt to go eco friendly they went to far. The tv had a dolby digital floating box on the screen, if you pressed enter or exit on the remote it went away but came back a few seconda later. Overall the building looked older on the inside then the outside. There were several missing pieces in the elevator looked like they had been ripped off the wall. There were wires hanging free were they had disconnected the up down signal lights. I stayed there for 3 nights the hallways always stunk of popcorn and body oder. There was yellowish stains in the shower.

Absolutely amazing staff and facilities were amazing as well. I had 3 room reservations for a large group and it was handled beautifully and I was able to check in super fast and without any issues whatsoever. We had issues with the air conditioning not working properly. Only two sets of towels and wash clothes were in the room in spite of our booking for 4 in the room. Pool was down so we had to go to the sister hotel next door to use the pool there.

Mostly a good stay. The sink faucet had a pretty bad leak. We were in the room adjacent to the elevator and every time it moved there was a loud "clanking" noise from something in the elevator shaft.
