The phone number to the hotel doesn’t work, no one answers. Also our in-room tv didn’t work and the in-room phone was disconnected so we couldn’t call the front desk to ask for help. The “bistro” flatbread was just a frozen pizza and they didn’t give me my chicken with my Caesar salad.

Courtyard Marriott in Alabama 👎
I didn’t stay I checked into my room that smelled of mildew mold and musty carpet so pungent it made you tear up. I asked for another room the second room was the same. There an issue throughout the hotel with flooding of some sort there were buckets and debris everywhere the wall paper was buckled and the housekeeping staff were using air freshener to mask the smell. I asked to cancel my room I was told I could I went to retrieve my family returned and asked for a refund and I was told I would be refunded for the room.

When I walked in the young lady was very friendly and was very welcoming. I hate I didn’t get her name. The room was very nice and clean and the atmosphere was great. Only thing that was that the phone wasn’t working. But overall I enjoyed my time there. I will definitely book again!!

The property needs renovation. Bathtub old and wore; bedroom carpet old and a little smelly; hall carpet wore, soiled, and dirty. Back door entrance does not close completely; not safe. You have to go back to pull it shut.

we were greeted with an insincere attitude from the woman at the desk. The room smelled musty the entire time even when we left the window/door open to let in fresh air. The food offerings were disappointing. The overall experience was one of disappointment because we expected so much more from Court by Marriott. The rest of our trip we did not go to another Courtyard.
