Cheap, not cheerful
The hotel is completely different from the pictures shown on the website. In fact they put me on an adjacent hotel called Hotel Sonetto. It may be cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. The bathroom was a bit filthy, lots of ants, and the room and beddings are generally in poor conditions. I stayed for three nights and they never cleaned the room. I had to extend the stay for one night (too much hassle to move elsewhere…). They woke me up at 11pm on my last night saying I hadn’t paid, and then tried to charge me double the amount they agreed for the night. The matter was resolved ultimately, but it was an unpleasant experience for me, and I felt they were at best mismanaged, if not dishonest. In short, they say it’s 3-star but my experience suggests that 1-star would be generous. Avoid it.

Os recepcionistas foram otimos, falta um serviço para ajudar a levar a mala, e que todos falem pelo menos inglês, pois alguns nao faziam questao de entender e ajudar, nao foram todos. Sai donlugar sem saber como ascendia uma luz no quarto. Mas o hotel é muito bonito, cama confortavel, banho gostoso, sem toalha e a janela do banheiro nao fecha direito. Mas compensa pela localizacao e recepcionistas prestativos co café é bom, mas vem regrado, nada diferente, todos os dias a mesma coisa.
