Customer service was excellent and the room was nice, but the bed mattress and pillows were terrible. I have 2 nights to stay but was not comfortable with sleep on those bed left a day early, because the spring on a bed was terrible.

I never had such a bad experience in a hotel. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, the person checking in was very unfriendly. Also the bathroom was not clean since I found human hair on the floor. And to finalize the bad experience, someone entered our room and checked us out before 11:00am when we arrived to the room, a lady was already cleanning and put out our groceries out of the room. The only good thing about that hotel is the location. We will never go back to that place,

I had to wait 27 minutes to check in since there was nobody at the front desk. Employee showed up a said he was at the restroom. He did not leave any sign. In room not TV working, no AC working either. Very rude personnel.

Bad Experience
Check in at 3:30 pm one of the room still not ready. And the other room has a broken sofa Bed, thy gave us another room but the room is not clean yet dirty towels on the floor, and gave us another room on the 3rd floor finally that room was ok, Jason the front desk said he will give us discount for the inconvinience but he did not.

Even thought it was surrounded with great things to do, the property it self was not a great to stay at. The desk staff were unfriendly and grumpy. The room was not clean, stains on the couches and hair all over the bathrooms. House keeping didn’t show up to clean our room everyday or give us new towels. We had to use the same towels the 3 days that we stayed.and the “complimentary breakfast” was only coffee and tea and fruit. Not worth staying here
