So good!
Room was so big for New York City! Location was steps.away from Times Square! All around it was an excellent stay. My only complaint...and it is small...is they need better lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. But like i said, such a small complaint.

Perfect Theater District Hotel
Upon arrival, the lobby was lovely and warm with modern touches. The artful hanging of a simulated koi pond was a nice touch. The checkin experience was seamless and the water bottle filling stations in the lobby and on Fl 15 were very helpful. The king room was nice with a good amount of space. We used the couch and table for every meal. Desk would have been perfect for working, if needed. Our floor (16) was pretty quiet. Bathroom was very comfortable with a nice-sized shower and very nicely hot water. The concierge kindly helped grab a cab for our return trip to Penn Station. We enjoyed shopping the bodega right down the street for essentials too. Location was perfect for our theater weekend! We’ll definitely be back for the excellent combo of value and location.

Modern Midtown Manhattan Muse
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms lacked views but were clean updated and intetesting. Coffee provided in lobby in morning. Hotel very close to theatre district and a bounty of restaurants. Very well situated to NYC sites. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Upon my arrival, they surprised me with an upgrade to a suite. It was quiet, very large especially by NY standards and clean. The price was very reasonable. I’ve been hotel shopping for over a year as I go monthly for work. I’ve found my go-to hotel!

Could be better
While the property looks very nice, alot of attention has been focused on appearance rather than function. We had no remote control for the room's tv, two of the outlets in the bathroom didn't work, and the valve for the hand- held shower fixture didn't work. Also arrived in the lobby for coffee at 10:05 to find no cups and the coffee pot empty. Were told that coffee service ends at 10:00 am. They did refill it. We like the location of the property but they need to focus on maintenance.

NYC theater visit.
Small hotel. No food or drink but super nice room. We had a couple of small issues in the room(lights not working) that were addressed as soon as we reported them. The location is ideal for Broadway shows and convenient to lots of public transportation. Would certainly return.

Comfy but needs a refresh, a bar and a restaurant.
The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was good. No view from my room but I was upgraded to a suite. The layout of the suite wasn't great so I basically never use the living area. The hotel has no bar or food service (other than coffee in the morning) even though there a large area off the lobby that certainly could accommodate at least a bar. Parts of the hotel are shabby.
