Went there for a couple days I like to see it is the best. The staff are amazing right next to the water. Great for kids and adult adults of course nice place to relax for a couple of days. Highly recommend.

Had a suite with a bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and there was a hide a bed for additionals sleeping. Food was good at the Eladrado next door.

Greta service. It was our anniversary and when we arrived there was dessert (photo) in our room. We had great food, pool time and walks around the property. The boardwalk was closed when we were there which was a number but hopefully it will be back open next year when we go back!
Our baby had a blast in the kiddy pool too. Cant wait to stay again.

Stayed in a villa with 5 people, very spacious and the kitchen was great. The living room has patio doors that back into the garden area with a patio table which was lovely. The beds were comfortable and rooms well sized! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Boardwalk was closed unfortunately but still able to use the lakeside seating at the Hotel Eldorado.

Great variety of pools and perfect location. But several things (hallways, hot tubs, boardwalk) were under repair, even with workmen patching up hallway walls during high season. I would give 5 stars if everything were working.

The restaurant service was very slow. The front desk staff mislead us as to breakfast room location, upstairs across the grounds. The incidentals charge was very high, $250 Canadian.

We splurged on this hotel and were disappointed. The hallway was in complete shambles with numerous men working just outside our room. It was noisy and strange. The pool was great but it was impossible to find towels. We were also disappointed that the entire boardwalk was closed off. Not worth the price tag.

I got the lake view room with balcony, the view was amazing. I wake up every morning looking at the mountain and lake and the pier, so mesmerizing. The room was so big, it feels nice and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was the bathroom. It was very small and tight. The sink being out of the bathroom was good. It’s just me, I don’t like small bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Bed was comfortable its a beautiful location on the water?
The units are run down in need of upgrade they were not stocked to pay this type of money per night to get a kitchen facility with no frying pan, can-opener, spatula to even turn an egg. The unit was not very clean, floors had not been washed, washrooms and not been cleaned wifi service sucks. Staff don't care.

Very disappointing. Nice and clean place. But we were situated above the restaurant where events take place and was so loud. The walls were shaking past midnight. Paid a lot of money for a lake view room only to have to keep our curtains closed. Really unfortunate because it has potential

Staff at front desk were horrible, paid no attention. Took 40 mins for them to grab a item i left in the room , then when it did come to the front desk they didnt even tell me , i had to go to the front desk and grab it off a side desk . It was like teenagers were running the hotel.

We booked a one bedroom lake view suite. The view was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were decent but the carpet and furniture was very old. The room needs a renovation. Our king bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch for our teenagers was terrible! It felt like you were laying on cardboard and springs. They could not sleep. We complained and the manager when he came back from his days off upgraded us for our remaining nights to a newly renovated 2 bedroom beach front townhouse. It was amazing! As well we were compensated by removing our resort fee and parking. We were very happy with the customer service!

Bathroom odd ball
Our stay was good, but not as comfortable as my previous stays with you. The odd thing was our bathroom sink was in the room, separate from the bathroom. there were 2 of us in the room, one having to leave very early and the other one who was waiting until check out. Made for a very noisy morning for one of us!

The townhomes are rundown and in need of upgrading. We had problems with our key cards on several occasions and couldn’t get into our rooms without going to the office. I would not come back to this resort. I’m not sure if it’s just Kelowna’s water system, but the water out of the taps is almost undrinkable. We had to buy water from a store.
