The room was clean and well equipped. We were able to park right in front. We had real cutlery, plates and cups. It was very quiet and serene. As the campus is quite big it was a bit of a run to find the check in, however as we got closer there was good signage. A bit different to stay on campus but it was affordable and comfortable and quiet.

The Family room was very clean, kitchen has basic dishes. It is as you would expect a university residence to be, basic, non-luxurious. Take note, there is no TV in the suite and the shower stalls in each bathroom are quite small. One bedroom has a double/queen bed, the other three have singles.

All was well, although access to a TV or one in the room was expected. At a similar price I would choose that amenity over UBC - OK, even though I am a two time Graduate of the venerable institution.
