I marked down cleanliness only because of the bathroom floors having some weird marks on them. Checkin process was not great because they were upgrading their system that week. Not the best but once we got those keys, we had a blast. Staff, rooms, restaurants were all fantastic!

It was the worst experience I have ever had while traveling. 4plus hours to check in with no one communicating what was happening. When Speaking to managers that her rarely seen, there was annoyance. Different stories on why their system was down and no offer of refund/ reembuersement of the resort fees or the room considering I was unable to check in on friday due to their issue. Majority of information was passed along through word of mouth by people in line instead of actual staff. WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Worst hotel in Vegas.
Worst hotel ever!!! What a mess! Took us 7 hours to check in! We recd a text that they were so sorry come get your free food and drink voucher. When I went to retrieve it they said sorry you don’t get it - it was sent by mistake. The air didn't work. The frig didn’t work. I tried to call from my room and you cannot talk to a live person. What if there was an emergency??? No way to contact anyone. Everything was closed or had strange hours. The room service was a link to grub hub! Could not charge to the room…. Hallways smelt like vomit! Gross.

Sucks
I would NOT stay here again!! Other hotels have mobile check in. We had to wait in a long line to check in. The hotel parking is confusing. Finding our specific hotel, the Hilton, inside of Resort World, was confusing. No robes or slippers in the room like other hotels.

Long check in time
Horrible check in experience. It took over two hours in line to get room. Some people were waiting even longer for their rooms. A Monday night check in after 7pm to take over two hours is completely ridiculous. Even if you were changing software have a plan. You could’ve texted people when you were ready for them in lieu of having people wait in line so long. Horrible rollout. Overall the resort is nice with lots of restaurants but I wouldn’t stay here again based on the poor check in process.

Great Hotel but too much smoke in the Casino
Great hotel with all the right amenities. Check in staff could have been faster or more help was needed. Some casinos were smoke free, this hotel was not. In this day and age they all should be smoke free!

Poor Service
The check-in was terrible - it took an hour to check in due to very few clerks. So when we got to the clerk at 3:15 pm, our room was not ready. We could upgrade for $75 to higher room, or wait until 4pm or after. We asked if we wait, do we have to get in line again? The answer was yes, so we decided to upgrade. That is wrong!!! Also, the hot tub/pool closed at 4pm in Las Vegas??? Way too early

Overall Underwhelming
The resort is just okay. We had booked the Hilton, but upon check in were told we have been moved to The Conrad Hotel. It's never fun to hear 'congratulations, you have been upgraded to a different part of the hotel' given the unknowns. Unfortunately, the check-in line itself was very long and moved slowly (we were in line for about 35 minutes). Our room was strip-view on the 10th floor. Around 11pm through 2am on Saturday night, we heard very loud bass thumping music from the hotel nightclub, which made for very poor sleep. Given that the hotel is relatively new, it's surprising that such a foreseeable noise issue was not averted. The room itself was fine and clean. Of all hotels I have visited in Vegas, this resort has the furthest away self parking (it's about a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the self parking garage). Not a huge deal, but also not ideal with lots of luggage. The Casino was fun, though this would not be my top choice to return to on my next visit. Overall, pretty underwhelming.
