Typical issues with any GWL
Water park is fun but I’ve been to multiple different GWL and they all have the same issues. 1) The Dunkin Donuts are always poorly ran and a complete dumpster fire. The people working the tubes at the water slides are painfully slow and cause excessive wait times. There’s no fitness center. The restaurant/bar has terrible hours. Paying for parking is a joke and the nickel and diming is excessive. They are fun, but always leave much to be desired.

They don’t compromise your booking through hotel.com which is a point system they use to save money for the future trip. Employees in the site doesn’t know about the pints club that you can get through shopping either. Hose clean wasn’t done even after request. There’s only one microwave in the whole floor. Room refrigerator doesn’t work well.

Okay
It was okay. The room was kind of dusty as I think the vent need to be clean. The room smell musty and the bed was not that comfortable. The activity was okay as we taught the water park would be much bigger as when we went in we feel really hot and our eye was watery from the Clorox. Food was not that good as we’ll need more option. Price is really high for the food that there have.

The rooms were great. A microwave was definitely missed!! It would have been good to have as we had creliac people in our group and the non gluten selection was very limited. At least mention it in your info on the rooms. The service at the main restaurant was very poor!!! The staff in general was very pleasant.

The room is Good except for the horrible lighting, and it’s very bad that there is no microwave in the room. This hotel is meant to be for families , but yet there is no microwave to warm children’s food or baby food.

It’s flawed to say after our second stay we want to express our experience. needed to share with the property to better staff cleanliness when cleaning hotel suites. We understand it’s a family stay property so much is left behind. Our first time experience toys were left behind under the kids bunk bed, and for this second time around dirty clothes were left as well under the bunk beds. If this can help better staff cleaning to check lift or look under empty spaces ! Thank you
