Informed hotel in advance that we will be checking in late. Upon arrival around 9+pm, we do expect our room to be ready. Not the case and was so disappointed, the room is not ready and we still got to wait. We missed visiting the top floor (dome) and on the last day, we made efforts going up to 64th floor before leaving to airport after our breakfast. Over zealous staff turning us away despite the plea just to take a few pictures for our memory in view of the great scenery. We do understand it might not be opened yet but in this scenario, just a few pictures and it is not a difficult request.

Could Not Be Better
We booked a Tower Club Suite River View with Lounge. It was absolutely amazing. We were booked for the 52n floor but was upgraded to the 58. The room was just amazing together with the views. Everything you could possibly want, down to tea/coffee and all toiletries. Food in the Tower Club was 100% and breakfast in the Mozu Restaurant was soo good, with so much choice too. The concierge Mr Woody was fantastic, made arrangements for us to view the F1 in a nearby bar and also trips to the park to see the monitor lizards. So polite and friendly. We cannot fault this hotel in any way.

It’s fine but totally outdated and overpriced compared to other hotels. The rooms smell bad (moldy) and the interior is old and tired. The sky bar is crazy expensive, view is good, but overall leaves you a bit meh. In my opinion, it’s not good value for money.

The Worst, Overpriced & Overrated Hotel in Asia
Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Incompetent staff, filthy / bug infested rooms. How is this a 5* hotel?? It's appalling. The level of English from even the best staff is poor. Housekeeping was sloppy, seemed like the rooms got dirtier each time we had it cleaned. This was a 5 night stay straight out of a horror movie. $100 USD in room service got us a small steak, potatoes & a couple of meat skewers. Even the roof top view isn't amazing considering the layout of the construction. The biggest issue is the way that the management handled our situation. Deplorable disgusting people. Don't fall for the Hangover 2 movie hype. Please stay anywhere else other than here.
