Worthy of the stars
Rooms are very well appointed. Compact but nicely designed. Remarkably quiet for the location: both from outside and between rooms we didn’t hear anything from neighboring rooms at all. Beds were very comfortable and location was excellent. Food at restaurants was also very good, with a casual and comfortable ambiance.

My stay was okay. Was there over NYE to cover the ball drop. No view of 7th at all. Food over priced. Room was nice but layout of bathroom and sink inconvenient. Not sure I’d stay again.

Great stay
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel New York for 5 nights over Christmas and had a great experience. The hotel itself was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and friendly. One thing to note is that the location is extremely busy, so if you’re not comfortable with crowds, you might want to consider that before booking. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location & hotel
2nd time staying here and it did not disappoint! Customer service was fantastic and location was close to everything. Tried onsite Restaurant- Sessions and wasn't impressed with the food at all, especially at that price point. That was the only downside .
