Very nice and cozy hotel!!
I enjoy staying at this hotel very much. It is very cozy! My favorite hotel to stay when I visit my daughter who is in college. It's clean and smells very nice. Walking distance to some restaurants and stores. Short distance to Riverside. The only thing I don't enjoy much is the noise from the freeway next to it. All the staff is very nice and friendly. I recommended 100 %.

Poor quality hotel
For you to be okay with charging people $158 for this substandard hotel is beyond me. It was probably worth $75 per night at best. If I didn’t need to attend an event by the time I checked in, I would’ve found some place else to stay. The window had a shade without curtains, the towels looked liked they hadn’t been changed in years and the quality was flimsy. The elevator had initials scrawled on the walls, the ceiling were so thin that I could hear people walking above me all night. Honestly the worst experience.
Initials were all over the elevator.
Water was dripping from the ceiling.
I was only given one wash clothe and hand towel.

Disappointing!
We was disappointed with our stay because no hot water for showering, we would have to call the front desk nights for them to turn on boils then wait 30mins to an 1hr to get running hot water. Room service was in adequate becuase I would leave the room service sign on door and wouldn’t get the service out of my six day stay I got one day of service. Then at checkout, they charge me $20 for one towel with makeup that would come off if washed, was very disappointed in being charged for one towel that was probably three dollars maximum. Also having domestic violence during stay and cops coming out next door was unsafe and disturbing when you have a kid with you. We Won’t stay here again.

Overall like the room, a few issues. Tv was not working well, they attempted (2) to fix but still very spotty and had to watch TV on my phone. after the first day shower, no real hot water called, they said boiler was out and they restarted it 30 minutes later still just luke warm water. The jacuzzi tub started a cycle every morning at 6:28
