Horrible experience!!!!
I paid for the breakfast package, but the breakfast is a wrapped sandwich that you pick up from the cafe and leave. There are no options for vegans or vegetarians. So we paid for breakfast that we were unable to use. There was an issue with water, it went out on the second day we were there and came back on a few hours later, but the water smelled horrible, told the front desk, and they said that they were aware of the issue but couldn't fix it. Horrible experience. I do not recommend!!!

Family Road Trip to Vegas
Our family stayed for 3 nights and we were very happy, check in and out were fast and they constantly correspond by text message for cleaning and amenities, which was convenient for me. They also give you reminder regarding checking out which I really appreciated.

Please clean the rooms better!
The hotel room was overall okay and the beds were comfy however there were no shower gel or conditioner when i went to go take a shower. Neither of the bathroom doors lock worked. The doors were dirty that it looked like poop juice splashed on them. Wished i took a picture of them, so gross. The toilets were a little dirty too. The inside of the bathroom drawers were dirty as well.

Excellent resort with exceptional service
Excellent location on north end of strip, very clean resort, staff always checking in to make sure you have what you need. Market on ground floor for basic needs. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. This is a vacation ownership facility so upon check-in they will try to migrate you to the sales team for your “free gift”. Just say no thank you and head to your room.

Nice place, but off the beaten path.
Location is a bit “out of the way” but walkable. At the north end of the strip, so about 4km one way to get to the main hub (Caesar’s Palace etc). Not a great walk either as there are lots of vacant lots along the way. Check-in was smooth but remember you will be charged $30USD/night “Resort fee” up front on arrival on top of what you paid through the booking app. So factor that in when comparing rates. Also at check-in you will be pulled aside by time-share salespersons who consume 5-10 minutes before you can get away unless you want to be rude or short with them. Amenities are limited, at least in the colder weather, so the $30 USD extra “Resort fee” basically gets you 2 bottles of water /day at the shop on the lower level and cable tv. Room (one bedroom suite) was very nice and had a washer and dryer which we had not expected. Room service was spotty I.e. they cleaned the room two out of three days. Weird system where you are supposed to reply “yes” to a daily text asking if you want your room cleaned the next day. Overall we were happy there but would stay closer to the center of the strip next visit.

We especially appreciated the kitchen to prepare some of our meals during the business convention we attended. And although there’s a stack washer and dryer in the unit we didn’t have time to use it.

Not a real Las Vegas Strip Hotel
For a hotel with an outdoor large pool and spa, it's a good hotel. For a hotel on the Las Vegas strip, it doesn't have its own restaurants, shopping, or casino like many other great Vegas hotels. The "grille" restaurant they have is a joke, with order-out dishes at all times a day, the two cashiers also serving the mini grocery store in the lower level, with big lines.

Less than subpar
Started off with horrible service at check-in. The gentleman that checked us in was very rude. Rooms were decent but extremely overpriced for the lack of amenities considering the hotel doesn’t even have a casino in it. I think what topped off the stay was that the cleaning lady either stole everything we had bought on the trip the day before we left or threw it out (everything was still in the bags). There are definitely better options closer to the central part of the strip I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Hotel was decent
Hotel is pretty and fairly clean. Check-in staff was not the friendliest. Cafeteria staff was not friendly. However, the check-in staff that sent text messages daily were wonderful. We did have to phone down to get our room cleaned two out of the four days as they forgot. Kitchen was not restocked with coffee creamer, etc. and we found dirty laundry in our room from the previous guests. They did compensate the resort fee however they charged us for the last night. Overall, the hotel was fine, just a little disappointed that did not comp the entire resort fee for finding dirty underwear in our hotel. Beds were nice, comfort was good and it looked beautiful at Christmas. However, after travelling for nine hours, the worst part about the hotel was after check-in. They tried to sell you a Hilton membership and a vacation’s package. Was not impressed with that. Overall, the hotel was three out of five.
