Desperately needs re-decorating and room not particularly clean. “en-suite” like a bad caravan bathroom. If you are 2nd to use the bathroom you need wellies! Won’t be staying again

Single glazed window right by the bed made it impossible to get the room warm. Bathroom is basically a caravan shower room dumped in a hotel room. Did the job but wouldn’t stay here for more than 1 night again.

The location is pretty good - we got the triple room. It was ok, they agreed to store our luggage after check out - this was a great perk. We could roam London luggage free!

You get what you pay for in London. I mistakenly booked based off of the bad Canadian dollar. Assumed that nightly rentals between $161 and $191 a night would get us a decent hotel. The room was awful. Moldy bathroom, bedroom in need of TLC. Simple as wiping down walls would be a start. Then deal with the paint damage, non working bathroom fan and black mold throughout bathroom. Grout between tiles falling apart leaving major areas for water damage. Nice staff at front desk

I stat here for two nights in the first night i got really nice room but in the 2nd night i got room at 7th or 8th floor and there is no elevator and in the room there is no socket next to bed that i can put the fan on and is really warm there as well so in tge 2nd night i was really disappointed but overall the hotel is good and the staff is really nice

Absolutely dreadful service. I arrived before 9pm, rang the bell several times, no answer. A guest entering let me in, nobody at reception - rang the phone number several times, it went to voicemail. Three lots of guests arrived, all of us waiting, still nobody showed up. One guest managed to find a different number and eventually someone turned up - he looked at us all and said it’s not my night on, went off looking for someone, he eventually came back on his own - no apology, very rude and began checking us in. He gave me a room card for the fourth floor - I walked up 8 flights of stairs, used the room card only to find the room already occupied - this happened to other guests who were waiting. I eventually got a room but didn’t feel safe - slept with a chair up against the door. Room smelt and felt dirty. Avoid at all costs
