Great stay in Taipei
Super friendly welcome at the hotel. It’s in a nice central location not far from the MRT. Room was exactly as described.

The shower door wasn’t sealed so the bathroom filled with water when I took a shower and ran into the carpet in the bedroom. My room was on the second floor with an obstructed window. The room had a dehumidifier but was still very humid and damp feeling. Good location, but I won’t stay here again.

全体的にとても快適に過ごせました。
台北駅、北門駅、西門駅から歩けるし、セブンイレブンとファミリーマートが至近で、とても便利な立地。有名な胡椒餅屋さんやマッサージ屋さんも近くにあります。フロントの人も親切で、簡単な日本語ができます。フロント横にあるフリースペースに飲み物、お菓子などが置いてあり、お湯や電子レンジも使えて便利ですが、ジュース類は無くなっていることが多いです。（時間帯によるかも。）部屋は清潔で、水回りも問題ありませんでした。3泊の滞在中、部屋の清掃を1回断りましたが、夜、外出から戻ると「タオルの交換などが必要ならフロントに言ってください」という内容のメモが残されていました。フロントへ行くと、古いタオルを新しいタオルと交換してくれ、水のボトルも人数分くれました。毎日1人1本ペットボトルの水をくれるのもありがたかったです。冷蔵庫もドライヤーもきちんと機能します。ただ、ドライヤーに冷風機能はありませんでした。シャワーがフックから外して手で持って使えるタイプなのもよかったです。除湿器が置いてあったのもよかったと思います。

Great affordable stay and highly recommended! AC works well and the bed was comfortable. Coffee machine in the check in floor to save my pockets. Definitely will be my place to go when visiting Taipei again.

幫我們辦理入住和退房的員工都非常親切！！
床非常彈，但睡得很好很舒服。
另外有兩點想建議：廁所不會潮濕，但洗完澡後會煙霧瀰漫很久，鏡子的玻璃水霧氣也久久無法散去，沒有抽風或除濕的設計有點可惜。
二是為了想省能源所以早上出門前把總電源關掉，但同時卻讓房務人員不清楚是否需要打掃，不好意思造成他們的困擾了。感覺這部分飯店方可以再思考怎麼做比較好。最後謝謝你們為了環保不再提供一次性用品，希望寶特瓶跟拖鞋也能跟上，改成有需求才提供這樣。謝謝！

旅店環境舒適，房間乾淨衛生，附近食肆林立，亦鄰近台北車站地下街，步行大概7分鐘有24小時自助洗衣乾衣的商店。職員親切有禮，能盡量提供旅客需要，令人感到舒適安心。
今次的旅程，因為在馬拉松活動時受了傷，回到旅館職員替我提供急救用品，更貼心的是當日稍後離開時，職員更貼心地再次慰問和再一次提供急救用品以作更換，感謝。

チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフはいつも笑顔で、2階のフリードリンクは昼間の休憩にとても便利でした。
エレベーターが1つしかないので、待つ時間がありますが宿泊者同士の雰囲気もよくとても便利な立地なのでまた泊まりたいです
